12 Best Car Deals for June 2023

There’s nothing quite like driving a convertible on a summer evening. Mazda’s working to set you up for this summer with a three-year 0.9% financing offer on the iconic 2023 Mazda Miata. The deal applies to both the ragtop Miata and the retractable hardtop Miata RF.

You can take advantage of the offer until June 30.

In our sports car ranking, the Miata earns a mid-pack spot. While it offers exceptional handling and a lively 181-horsepower engine, its cabin technology isn’t keeping pace with rivals.

The Miata is a classic two-seat roadster with a snug cabin and a small trunk that’s barely big enough for a weekend’s worth of provisions. Compared to most vehicles, the Miata lacks many advanced driver-assistance and safety technologies.

Honda fully redesigned its midsize sedan for 2023, and you can already get a special financing deal on the stylish new car. They’re offering the 2023 Honda Accord with 3.9% financing for 60 months and 4.9% for 72 months. The deals expire on July 5.

While the new Honda Accord’s starting price is a bit higher than some rivals, it features a nicer cabin than many, with premium materials and ample room in the front row. Its back seat is roomy enough for three kids or a pair of adults. A 7-inch touch-screen infotainment system and a 10.2-inch digital instrument panel come standard.

Compared to most full-size pickups, the 2023 Nissan Titan has not had sales success. That’s good news for you if you’re in the market for a new truck, though. This month, Nissan is offering five years of no-interest financing on the crew cab models of the Titan SV, Pro4X and Platinum.

Despite its position at the bottom of our full-size pickup ranking, the Titan has many good things going for it, including its powerful 400-horsepower V8. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and rear- or four-wheel drive. While it can’t tow as much as some rivals, its maximum towing capacity of 11,033 pounds, when properly equipped, is more than enough for many travel trailers, boats and cargo trailers.

The Titan deal is good until July 5.

This June, you can get a 60-month, 2.99% financing deal on two-wheel-drive models of the 2023 Toyota Tacoma pickup. Deals with slightly higher interest rates are available on other Tacoma models. The deals expire on July 5 and may not be available in all areas of the country.

Toyota offers the Tacoma in a wide variety of Access Cab (extended cab) and Double Cab (crew cab) models with a choice of a 159-horsepower four-cylinder or a 278-horsepower V6 engine. All two-wheel drive models employ six-speed automatic transmissions.

All Tacomas come standard with touch-screen infotainment systems that support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Toyota Safety Sense, a package of advanced safety and driver-assistance technologies, comes standard on all Tacomas.

In our compact pickup truck ranking, the Tacoma holds the bottom spot. That’s primarily a factor of its considerable age, compared to rivals.

The 2023 Nissan Rogue claims a spot just below the class leaders in our compact SUV ranking. It’s a two-row compact SUV that gets great gas mileage while providing ample room for both passengers and cargo.

This March, Nissan is offering the Rogue with 36 months of 0% financing. The deal is good until July 5.

It might surprise you that the Rogue is powered by a small 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbo. The engine makes an ample 201 horsepower, though. It’s paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission and front- or all-wheel drive. The Rogue is EPA-rated to get 30 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway.

Nissan offers its Pro Pilot Assist semi-automated driving system on the Rogue. It can manage braking, steering and acceleration, though the driver does need to keep their hands on the wheel.

This June, there’s a generous $5,000 cash-back deal available on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 electric crossover. The offer, which is good until July 5, applies to the standard-range rear-wheel-drive Ioniq SE, the base model in the Ioniq 5 lineup.

The Ioniq 5 SE Standard Range employs a single 168-horsepower electric motor to drive its rear wheels. According to Hyundai, it can travel 220 miles on a single charge and recharge from 10% to 80% of its battery capacity in a brisk 18 minutes at a properly equipped DC fast-charging station.

In our electric SUV ranking, the Ioniq 5 claims a spot near the top of the list. The five-seat crossover offers a spacious cabin with a minimalist, yet high-tech vibe. Every Ioniq 5 is fitted with a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel and a 12.3-inch infotainment touch screen.

A new model will soon replace the 2023 Mazda CX-9. That’s led Mazda to offer $2,000 cash back on the three-row crossover. You can take advantage of the offer through June 30.

In our midsize SUV ranking, the CX-9 earns a spot just below the segment leaders. It comes loaded with standard equipment, including a long list of advanced safety and driver assistance technology. Depending on the model you choose, the CX-9 will seat six or seven in its well-appointed cabin. It features a 10.25-inch infotainment display managed by a center console-mounted dial, rather than a touch screen.

The CX-9 is known for its sporty demeanor and lively turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 227 horsepower on regular gas or 250 on premium unleaded. It’s paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

The 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz blends the attributes of a compact crossover with the utility of a pickup. This June, Hyundai is offering $2,000 cash back when you buy a Santa Cruz SEL Premium or $500 cash back on other Santa Cruz models.

The Santa Cruz deal is good until July 5.

Santa Cruz SEL Premium models feature a 281-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine and all-wheel drive. That’s an upgrade from the 191-horsepower four-cylinder engine front-wheel drive that propels lower trims. All Santa Cruz models feature four-door, five-seat cabins outfitted with quality materials. Behind the cab is a four-foot-long cargo bed with an in-bed trunk and a tonneau cover.

The 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 Streamliner sedan is the brand’s newest electric vehicle. This month, you can take advantage of $3,750 cash back when you buy a 2024 Ioniq 6 Standard Range SE. The Ioniq 6 is the top-scoring vehicle in our electric car ranking.

With a single electric motor powering the rear wheels, the Ioniq 6 Standard Range SE makes 149 horsepower and can travel 240 miles on a single charge. Using a properly equipped DC fast-charging station, the car can charge from 10% to 80% in as little as 18 minutes.

While the sedan’s design compromises trunk space and rear-seat headroom, there’s still room for five adults in the car’s cabin. It features a minimalistic design with a mix of good and not-so-good materials.

The Ioniq 6 does not qualify for the Federal Electric Car tax credit.

Depending on the model you choose and where you buy, you can get as much as $3,250 cash back on the purchase of a 2023 Dodge Durango. The Dodge SUV is available with two- and three-row interior layouts with as many as seven seats.

Though the Durango holds a spot in the lower half of our midsize SUV ranking, it offers some advantages uncommon in the class. Its base 293-horsepower V6 provides more power and towing capacity than the most powerful models of some rivals. The Durango’s power output only goes up from there, with 360- and 475-horsepower V8 models available. There’s also the Durango Hellcat, with 710 horsepower, but it’s not available with this deal.

Durango models with cash back available this month can tow as much as 7,400 pounds when properly equipped. The deal expires on July 5.

The 2023 Hyundai Elantra is an excellent compact car protected by the industry’s best warranty. This month, it’s an even better deal than usual, with a special financing offer to reduce the cost of your car loan.

You can get the deal until July 5 on all Elantra trims except for the high-performance Elantra N.

The base Hyundai Elantra features a 147-horsepower four-cylinder engine that does the job while providing admirable fuel economy. For a bit more fun, step up to the Elantra N Line (a different model than the Elantra N). It features a turbocharged four-cylinder engine making a lively 201-horsepower.

The 2023 Jeep Gladiator builds on the outstanding off-road capability of the Jeep Wrangler by replacing the SUV’s cargo area with a five-foot pickup bed. Until July 5, you can get $3,000 cash back on all Gladiator models.

Jeep offers the Gladiator with either a 285-horsepower V6 or a torquey and efficient 260-horsepower turbodiesel. The gas-powered engine can be matched with a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic, while all diesels get the eight-speed automatic. Four-wheel drive comes standard on all Gladiator pickups.

The Jeep pickup earns a mid-pack spot in our compact pickup truck ranking.
